On the morning of Jun. 5, Tim Briercliffe, Secretary-General of International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) and Kevin Chung, Chair of the AIPH Exhibitions Committee inspected Yanqing Wild Duck Lake Natural Reserve and International Grape Expo Garden.
Tim Briercliffe, Secretary General of AIPH and Liu Hong, Secretary General of China Flower Association are visiting International Grape Expo Garden.
Tim Briercliffe and the delegation firstly arrived at the lakeside terrace of Wild Duck Lake to visit the wetland scenery, green landscape, bicycle facilities for recreation,etc.and learn about the wetland park’s origin, ecological environment, species protection, etc.As the largest wetland park in Beijing, Wild Duck Lake Natural Reserve plays a crucial role in regulating the ecology of Yanqing for holding the International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China. Tim Briercliffe extended his satisfaction for the ecological construction in Yanqing.
Later, the delegation came to International Grape Expo Garden to learn about the development of industries related to the Expo, demonstration of flowers and horticulture in the Expo Garden and relevant cultural festivals.
